It is with great pride and professional satisfaction that we present the Proceedings of the International Conference and Annual Business Meeting (ICON-ABM) APSPBI 2025. Held in the vibrant cultural landscape of Bali, Indonesia, this gathering brought together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers under the timely theme: “Transforming English Language Education: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact.”

As we navigate the complexities of the 21st century, the landscape of English Language Education (ELE) is undergoing a profound metamorphosis. The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence, the urgent need for inclusive pedagogical frameworks, and the demand for measurable social impact have reshaped our professional responsibilities. This volume serves as a curated record of the intellectual contributions, empirical research, and visionary dialogues that took place during the conference.
