On behalf of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages I am honored to extend my sincere congratulations to the organizers and participants of the APSPBI International Conference 2025, hosted by the Association of English Language Education Study Programs (APSPBI), Indonesia. 

This prestigious event, held under the theme “Transforming English Language Education: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact” provides an invaluable platform for scholars, educators and practitioners to share their research and exchange perspectives on the future of English language education. The conference embodies the spirit of academic excellence, inclusivity and international collaboration that is essential for addressing the challenges of our rapidly changing world. 

We are deeply grateful to APSPBI for creating such an inspiring forum that strengthens the bonds between institutions and nations and promotes innovation and mutual understanding.
